Welcome to PeaChat. By accessing or using our WhatsApp-based services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PeaChat is a product of Peacro Technologies Africa.

1. Description of Service

PeaChat provides a digital gateway via WhatsApp for services including, but not limited to, electronic airtime recharge, school fee payment processing, and local association utility management (NURRA).

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information (such as student IDs or meter numbers) when requesting services.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile network operator for WhatsApp data usage.
• You agree not to use the service for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

3. Payments and Refunds

All financial transactions are processed through authorized third-party gateways (e.g., EcoCash). PeaChat is not responsible for errors made by the payment provider. Refunds for airtime or utility tokens are subject to the policies of the respective service provider (Econet, NetOne, ZETDC, etc.).

4. Limitation of Liability

Peacro Technologies Africa provides PeaChat on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any part of the service (such as specific billing partners) at any time to improve the user experience.
